i realised i have been updating quite frequently. is that good or bad. well. it doesn't matter though, cause no one reads it other than myself anyway. haha.
i came across a article on the newspaper and it was teaching us how to serve people well (i need it badly due to fussy customers) and with reference to my 27dec06 entry, i agree that the word 'sorry' has indeed lost its value because everyone is saying it everytime and anywhere like it means nothing. it became something people say to please others and to solve problems. but that's not correct way isn't it. i mean,why should i say sorry to the customer if i am not in the wrong at all. they say customers are always right, but i beg to differ. don't you think these customers should also put themselves into our shoes and understand how stupid we feel when we have to say sorry so many times a day(for no reason)! anyway, in conclusion, working in a customer service industry is not a very ideal thing. think twice.
next friday is coming. i can't wait. ohmy.
